Our Story
Amore Pizzeria was born out of a shared dream and a deep love for authentic, delicious food. On May 1st, 2019, we—Paulo and Carmelina—opened our doors with a simple yet powerful idea: to bring people together over the joy of great pizza.
With Paulo’s background in restaurant management and Carmelina’s experience as a hostess in the airlines, we knew we had the perfect recipe for success. But more than that, we had a passion for creating a place where everyone feels at home—a place where every bite tells a story.
Our concept is simple: one price, endless pizza. We wanted to offer something unique, where our guests can savor every slice of our thin-based Neapolitan-style pizzas, fresh from the oven, until their hearts are content.
Before Amore, we ran a cupcake bakery, but our love for Italian cuisine called us to focus entirely on this new venture. We poured our hearts into Amore Pizzeria, and every pizza we make is a testament to the joy we feel in sharing our dream with you.
Family is at the heart of everything we do. With three kids of our own, we understand the importance of creating a warm, welcoming space where families can gather, laugh, and enjoy a meal together. Our dining area is like the dining room in our own home—when we welcome you in, it’s like inviting you to share a meal with us around our family table.
